First Trip to the Pool

Last Thursday Hailey took her first trip to the pool. We went with our friend Natalie who lives in Providence in Mt. Juliet. Her neighborhood has a wonderful complex with several different pools. Luckily there was a baby pool for us to sit in with Hailey. The water was a little chilly at first so I thought for sure that she would be fussy but she actually loved it. After about a half hour or so in the water she took a nap in her stroller! That was nice because it gave Natalie and I a chance to soak up some sun!

I am so proud of her...I hope she loves the beach as much as the pool!

So much is happening...

Let me first appoligize for not posting any updates in recently.

~So much has happened over the past few weeks. Hailey rolled over (back to tummy) for the first time on Memorial Day.
~She had her 4 month doctor's appointment on June 4th. She now weighs 15lbs. 12oz. She is getting so big.
~On June 7th we headed to Ohio to visit Grammy and Pappy. While we were in Ohio she started rolling over constantly...every time we laid her down she rolled over.
~Let's see what else has happened...Oh...Hailey has been eating cereal for over 2 weeks now and today she had her first taste of vegetables. We started with carrots...I thought they might taste a little better than green beans or peas. She seemed to really like them!
~And finally Hailey is sleeping from about 8pm to 5:30am. This is so wonderful! This is a very new trend...we got some great advice from a friend to help with the training process! Thanks Mandi!!!
